When I returned I called a few days later and spoke with what seemed to be the only person working that department and was told he had the sailing information before my cruise and the one after but not my sailing, and he would email the casino manager for the information and return a call within a few days. I was told I had to play an average of $25 per hand and a minimum of 2hrs per day, that after my cruise I would receive information on what the program entitles you to.
The unwritten rules vary depending on your game of choice, for me it was blackjack. You cant find any information about this before sailing and you must enroll to the casino manager the first day of your sailing.
